THOMAS J. HUBSCHMAN ...is a freelance writer and editor based in New York City.
He has published three novels, most recently Billy Boy (Savvy Press, September 2001) and Space Ark (January, 2003), as well as numerous short stories, articles and reviews. He edits and publishes Gowanus, an online international quarterly for writers in so-called Third World nations, and is editorial director of Black Excel, a college admission and scholarship service. From 1988-1992 he served as editor of Brooklyn Free Press.
